More great news from the Signature Parking healthcare division: We recently launched valet parking services for our newest healthcare partner, Kaiser Permanente Vallejo Medical Center. The Kaiser Vallejo locations has seen an steady increase in members over the past few years which has resulted in parking and traffic flow challenges at the campus. After a brief interview and assessment process, Signature was selected by Kaiser as the most qualified parking operator based on it’s proposed solution, strong culture of customer service and track record of solving complex parking issues for large acute care hospital facilities.
The parking solutions include several convenient valet drop off and pick up locations at key access points and an innovative system which allows members to pick up their vehicle from any of the valet stations when departing. Signature is using stack parking in the valet lot to add new parking inventory for the hospital. An employee stack parking program utilizing text for car technology may also be launched in the near future.
The new service has made an immediate positive impact for members and their visiting family who no longer need to hunt for parking or encounter frustration with parking at the campus. The arrival and departure experience is now an easy, convenient and seamless process which ensures they make their appointments on-time.
Thanks to the entire team at Signature who helped make this a successful launch and are now working everyday to meet our mission of making the Kaiser members feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. Special thanks to regional manager Jeremy Muldoon and the management team of Dan Medina, Hardt Beck, and Craig Sarmiento for their leadership and long hours put in to make this a tremendous success.
First established in Vallejo in 1945, Kaiser Permanente Napa-Solano has steadily grown to serve more than 240,000 members, spanning an area stretching from the Carquinez Bridge north to Vacaville and Dixon, through the Napa Valley to Calistoga, and over to Benicia.
This opening strengthens Signature’s presence in the East Bay region and represents our third new client this year.
