New Valet Service being offered at Rideout Memorial Hospital in Marysville

To access the valet service, users can simply pull into the circular driveway located at the main entrance to the Hospital off G St. between 3rd and 4th Street in Marysville. The valet staff, easily identified by their white shirts and red jackets, will issue each customer a claim check, then park and lock the cars in a secure, gated parking facility owned by the hospital nearby. Additionally, directional signs will be in place around the hospital to help guide users to the valet drop-off area.

The Fremont-Rideout Foundation contracted with Signature Parking to operate the program; a Northern California firm specializing in parking and hospitality services for the healthcare industry. "We're excited about our new service at Rideout Memorial Hospital, and we look forward to working with the Foundation, the Hospital and its team of professionals who all share our commitment of increasing patient satisfaction levels", said Michael Holmstrom, president of Signature Parking. He added, "We feel our services will be especially valuable for those who need to be focusing on the care of their loved ones, rather than dealing with worry and concerns over parking when they arrive and depart the hospital."

"Our valet service will be especially helpful for elderly patients and visitors who have a hard time walking even short distances", said Joe Avelino, Administrator of Rideout Memorial Hospital, "this allows people to use the service whether they visit for outpatient testing, treatments or therapies, or if they are at the hospital to visit a friend or relative."

Rideout Memorial Hospital is a member of the Fremont-Rideout Health Group and is a not-for-profit hospital located in Marysville, has 149 licensed beds. The hospital has a Level III Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, operating room suites, medical/surgical unit, cardiac services and outpatient cardiac services.
