Michael Holmstrom - Founder & Chief of "Wow" Customer Service
Michael Holmstrom is the founder and current President of Signature Parking. Michael has nearly twenty years of experience working at all levels of the parking industry. His experience began with his very first job parking cars in his hometown of Sacramento at the age of seventeen.. He later held a management position for several years with a San Francisco based parking firm before founding Signature Parking at the age of twenty-two.
He currently contributes a wealth of experience in all facets of the business including sales & marketing, systems & procedures, employment development, finance, and Quality Assurance.
Michael is a widely recognized and respected expert in the parking industry.He brings thoughtful and insightful expertise to each new client, with the ability to deliver solutions and services which add value and solve real business challenges for his clients.Michael has the experience to not only develop the vision and strategy, but is committed to ensuring that his clients receive genuine value and return on investment from the services being delivered. This is one reason why we have so many 10+ year clients, and receive much of our business through word of mouth referrals. Michael plays an active role in every new client project and account we serve. His involvement includes oversight of all contracts, timelines and delivery of services along with leading the analysis, planning and implementation required for each new client.
Michael is a published author of several parking industry related articles including “Why Parking Hospitality Pays”.He currently sits on the Business Leaders Council of the Santa Barbara Region Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the International Parking Institute (IPI), Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce, the Walnut Cree Downtown Association, the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) and the American Healthcare Association (AHA).
Jared Samakosky - Regional Manager, Southern California Division
Jared joined Signature Parking in 2006, and brings eight years of experience in the Hositality service industry. Begining his career in the hospitality industry at several hotels and restaurants prepared Jared for his current role where he is focused on training, operations management, and quality assurance. After a brief time serving at ACE Parking in San Diego, Jared chose a careeer with Signature Parking because he identified with the culture of service within our organziation. Since joining our firm, Jared has been instrumental in helping our employees continually improve and maintain their customer service skills, while also executing his management responsibilities with the highest degree of professionalism. Jared is a native of San Diego, CA.
Jeremy Muldoon - Regional Manager, Northern California Division
Jeremy joined Signature Parking in 2006, and quickly ascended through the ranks to become lead site manager for multiple locations throughout our Nor Cal Division. in 2009, Jeremy was appointed to Regional Manager for our entire Northern California Division overseeing more than fifty staff members. Jeremy has been instrumental in improving and maintaining service levels throughout the division and plays a key role in recruiting, hiring and training as well as on-site project management. Since joining our firm, Jeremy has spearheaded various intiatives aimed at improving our company culture of service and safety. He is part of the company's Leadership Council which meets regularly to discuss ways to better serve our customers. Under Jeremy's leadership, Client Satisfaction rates have never been higher for our company. Jeremy is a native of the East Bay Area and recently completed studies at St. Mary's College of California.
