Our History
Signature Parking was established in 1994 by Michael Holmstrom with the idea that Customer Service could be better, friendlier and more personal. Providing courteous and proactive service with impeccably groomed employees in attractive uniforms was all part of our founding vision. It was that vision which helped land our very first client, a Nordstrom store in the East Bay area and as they say, the rest is history.
Over the years, we established a hard earned reputation built on service, and acquired one customer after another, almost always by word of mouth. As we grew, we never lost sight of our customers' needs and always stayed true to the original vision. Today, Signature Parking has over 200 employees providing service at over 50 locations, including our very first customer Nordstrom. Today, Signature Parking continues to develop new and innovative value-added solutions for its clients, while also pursuing new avenues of growth. In 2007, we launched our Signature Parking Healthcare Hospitality division which provides solutions exclusively for the Healthcare industry. |
