All the guests had left and your team leader asked if they could help us in any way since there was still some time left on the arranged hours. I askedif they could stack plastic chairs which were out on the lawn, and they went right to work, finish- ing up the task in no t ime. It was a big help to us and the little extra effort on their part was much appreciated. Thanks for asking for a comment as I thought today that I wanted to let Signature mgmt. know about their extra effort to be of assistance. Everything was fantastic. Michael was a pleasure to work with (we exchanged emails frequently early on and had a good call where he laid out the pros/cons of various parking locations and solutions) and we ended up with a very good solution. The guys that came out were very polite, courteous and organized. In addition to being the groom I was also the organizer for the wedding, and just about every other vendor EXCEPT Signature needed my assistance in some form or another. Every time I neurotically checked in, everything was running smoothly, and all of our guests had nothing but positive things to say regarding the valet. I was especially impressed given the tricky location. Even when the event extended a bit longer than expected, they were able to stick around and help out at the standard rate, which was really fantastic. Anyway! Needless to say, would highly recommend you guys to anyone else who needed parking services. I will definitely be keeping you in mind should we have another big event! Thank you so much again!
